Charles F. Saacke received his undergraduate degree of Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in 1961. He obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from Whittier College of Law in 1978. He is a member of the South Bay, County, and State Bar Associations, the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, the Defense Research Institute, and the Southern California Fraud Investigators Association. After receiving his honorable discharge from the U.S. Army and prior to being admitted to practice law in California, Mr. Saacke worked in engineering related fields with Ingersoll-Rand Company and Otis Elevator Company. After completion of law school, Chuck joined Bob McNulty and shortly thereafter became an associate and then a partner in the law firm of Ramsey & McNulty, and in 1987, the present firm was formed. Through involvement with target defendants, Mr. Saacke has spearheaded the development of our suspicious claim specialty. He has handled hundreds of claims and numerous trials in this area, as well as developing our data base to assist in screening questionable claims. Mr. Saacke's specific areas of specialty are in products liability, premises liability, general tort litigation and insurance coverage in the trucking industry. He is an experienced mediator having received his initial training through Pepperdine University, and he devotes a good portion of his practice to this specialty. |
