Insurance Fraud and Questionable Claims
Since 1979, the firm has specialized in the area of questionable claims litigation.
Well before the Department of Insurance’s emphasis upon fraud reporting, investigation
and the formation of SIU’s, the firm developed a proprietary computer
screening program to assist in the identification and evaluation of potential fraud.
Members of the firm have made numerous presentations regarding insurance fraud,
the cost effective handling of questionable claims as well as the insurance companies
rights and obligations. Each attorney in the firm is particularly experienced
and knowledgeable concerning the special requirements necessary to properly
defend these cases, including the very special issues of conflict which often arise.
